Key Responsibilities: As a Customer Retention Specialist, you #39;ll play a crucial role in maximizing retention revenue and enhancing customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Head of Customer Retention, your responsibilities will include: Engaging with customers via phone and email to persuade them to continue their subscriptions. Renewing high-value service subscriptions with expired customers. Minimizing refund payouts by employing robust sales techniques and objection handling skills. Gathering and reporting customer feedback for continuous service improvement. Collaborating with the team to achieve collective targets and deadlines. Skills and Experience Required: We #39;re seeking candidates with the following qualifications: Minimum 2 years of sales and customer service experience. Impeccable verbal communication and persuasion skills. Strong attention to detail and self-motivation. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and switch between tasks effortlessly.
