Technical co ordinator

Technical Coordinator Salary - GBP55,000 - GBP62,000 + Package Due to progression in the Residential market we have been instructed to source a Technical coordinator to join a growing Developer. With a strong bank balance, this developer is heavily into specialised Partnership schemes either on Land or independant Investors. The technical coordinator will assist in the delivery of three schemes and play a pivotal role in the business moving forward. Requirements * Thorough with a pro-active management style * Ability to prioritise as appropriate, motivate and communicate to influence others to ensure that the required objectives are met * Leadership skills including being decisive, flexible, good time management, organised, effective, works well under pressure and to strict deadlines * Experience and understanding of maintaining technical schedules * Ability to review drawings and identify buildability and technical issues * Project and process management * Problem solving and decision making * Design delivery and assessing risks * Effective communication with all levels of management and project teams, both internal and external to the Company * Ability to coach and train junior and new team members in technical processes and procedures * Passionate about customer satisfaction, house building and construction, with a focus on high standards and excellence. * Knowledge and understanding of regeneration in mixed tenure developments * Written and verbal communication skills Deliverables * Coordinate Technical and design processes, design teams and subcontractors throughout detail design, procurement and construction, monitoring progress to ensure delivery on time and in budget * Technical design coordination of schemes, ensuring that the maximum revenue is generated by the quality, cost effectiveness and buildability of the design * Assisting with reviewing of consultant #39;s detail design drawings and subcontractor designs * Coordinating consultants and their deliverables driving a high standard * Ensuring that designs comply with Company #39;s standards * Promoting design that respects budgetary constraints Should this position be of interest, please do not hesitate to contact us
