Founded in 1987, they specialise in multimodal transport to ensure smooth, safe, and end-to-end coordination for your cargo, whatever the destination Key Responsibilities - FCL Sea Freight Operator Arranging FCL Sea shipments both Import Export Liaising with suppliers, carriers, and overseas offices Operate within company general procedures and requirements. Liaising with overseas offices to arrange shipments. Generating invoices per the terms of shipment costing of files correctly to maximise profitability. Generating quotes for any enquiries for customer or overseas offices both Import Export Follow ups on any quotes. General day to day customer service and administration Knowledge Requirements - FCL Sea Freight Operator Documents required for international (maritime) transport both Import Export Transport regulations. Good Geographic understanding Local (port) regulations HM Customs regulations CNS, CDS Destin8, Excel Word Skills and personal attributes Accurate and well organised Ability to perform under pressure.
