Testing and Inspection: Perform comprehensive tests and inspections to ensure system performance and safety. Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergency call-outs and provide effective solutions to restore functionality. Customer Service: Communicate professionally with clients, providing expert advice and maintaining positive relationships. Documentation: Keep detailed records of work performed, ensuring compliance with all necessary paperwork. Health and Safety: Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, prioritising the well-being of yourself and others.Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as a Commercial Heating Engineer, with expertise in both installation and maintenance. Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating, Gas Safe registration, and City Guilds certifications. Strong technical knowledge of commercial heating systems, including boilers, radiators, controls, and pipework. Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of successful repairs. Effective communication skills and a valid driver #39;s license. Working Conditions: This role offers a dynamic work environment with both indoor and outdoor responsibilities. Irregular hours may be required to accommodate emergency repairs, with personal protective equipment (PPE) provided as necessary. Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday, with on-call rotations available.
