Role Responsibilities To join one of the practice #39;s dedicated teams to work on multiple sectors across all RIBA stages An initial focus on large-scale new build projects throughout London and England Report to Project Leads and Associates on your progress and support them throughout Mentor junior members of the practice To use Revit BIM to a high standard on each project.Required Skills Experience Part III qualified with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience Experience working on large new build projects across any sector Conservation project experience would be a bonus Excellent design and drawing skills and proven project-running experience Proven experience across all RIBA stages Good client-facing experience and communication skills AutoCAD, Revit and NBS skills are essential Must be eligible to work in the UK.What you get back GBP37,000 - GBP48,000 2 days working from home per week Flexible working hours Growth within the practice, including training and development City centre office 25 days annual leave, increasing up to 30 days with service Life assurance Yearly bonus Pension scheme Private medical cover Cycle-to-work scheme Season ticket loan Eye care vouchers Optional healthcare cashback Enhanced maternity and paternity pay.Apply If you meet the criteria above, send us your CV and portfolio.
