You are an experienced business development Manager with a winning mentality and strong knowledge of marketing services within the healthcare arena. In this role you will have total autonomy of your plan to secure new clients, whilst building strong relationships with key contacts within companies that already utilise our data and marketing services. You are a driven, motivated individual who strives to deliver beyond expectation while maintaining credibility and trust. In this role you will use your outstanding sales and account management skills to develop and grow sales within existing and target new clients, by building longer term sustainable contracts. Overall, you will have responsibility for developing and implementing a sales strategy ensuring the development of sales activities across our marketplace and proactively building and maintaining client relationships. You will be the link between the client and the Company. In addition to this as our Business Development Manager you will be responsible for: * Achieving (or over-achieving) sales target and activity key performance indicators (KPIs) * Proactively converting new customers with a clearly defined strategy for growth * Maintaining existing accounts for continual revenue streams and upsell opportunities, increasing the average order value where possible * Working closely with the marketing team to devise cohesive marketing strategies * Input and maintaining accurate records on Salesforce, and prepare professional, accurate written quotes and proposals * Providing market insight for product development and sector growth * Developing strategy for expanding scope of existing contracts and identifying new business opportunities. * Establishing and maintaining excellent client relationships through regular close contact, including virtual face-to-face meetings, telephone and e-mail communication. * Developing an approach to expanding scope of existing contracts and identifying new business opportunities. * Ensuring account reviews for each client are kept up to date * Working closely with internal teams to ensure the client is receiving the highest level of service and excellent performance of any digital campaign programmes If this sounds like a role you could really make your own, why not submit an application and see where it takes you.
