Design manager

Design Manager - Central London - Residential A Design Manager is required to oversee design packages on a large new build residential project in London. The scheme is valued at up to GBP70m in total and consists of several RC frame blocks. The successful candidate will have experience of working on new build / refurbishment projects with at least two references to support this. Reporting directly to a Senior Design Manager any potential candidates are welcomed from either a construction, engineering or architectural background. This is a head office based role with occasional site visits also required. Applicants must have experience of working on projects of at least GBP5m with leading residential Developers, Architectural Practices or Consultancies with supporting references. They must also live within a commutable distance of Central / West London.
