We are looking for someone with a passion for supporting diverse learners and have expertise working with students who have Special Educational Needs and Autism. SEND Teaching Assistant Role: Hands-on experience supporting SEN and autism within a school environment. A passion-fuelled, dedicated educator with the ability to self-motivate and remain calm and confident in high pressure situations. Empowerment of children with emotional and behavioural challenges, helping them navigate the curriculum with confidence. A rich experience working with diverse learners, including those with ASC and SEMH. A team player who is happy to get stuck in and make a difference. Devotion to driving progress and elevating academic achievement. Proficiency in providing personalized assistance to SEN pupils in both 1:1 and small group settings. Experience with sensory integration and break out rooms is beneficial. Experience with interventions is beneficial. The ideal candidate will possess: Energetic and patient with strong classroom management skills. Hold the Right to Work in the UK. Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application through GSL Education. Team Teach training or equivalent is highly desirable. HLTA applicants welcomed. Cover Supervisor applicants welcomed.
