Senior Quantity Surveyor - Associate level Development Consultancy - Cost and Project Management Services, Manchester A vibrant and innovative Development consultancy that have an excellent reputation for delivering exciting City Centre Mixed use Developments and Town Centre Regeneration schemes is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support their growing Cost Management team. With leading projects within the BTR, PBSA Co-living markets and signature town centre regeneration scheme they have an exciting array of opportunity and scope for you to apply your cost management and development consultancy skills to add value to your clients projects through the projects development lifecycle from feasibility stage 1 through to Pre contract and Post contract stages. We are looking for a proven Senior Quantity Surveyor with the ability and experience in residential and commercial development sector, having worked on all aspects of quantity surveying/cost management in these sectors, ideally exposure to BTR and PBSA. Credentials include BSc in Quantity Surveying ideally Chartered or #39;learnt by experience #39; and numerically accurate in all work undertaken. Efficient in the preparation of feasibility and pre-contract estimates and demonstrating strong client facing consultancy skills in providing pre-contract through to post contract advice across all projects. Knowledge and understanding of the component parts of a residential project and overall construction costs would be advantageous.
