As a Network Administrator, you #39;ll report directly to the Network Service Specialist, providing centralised administration for network operations, security, and DevOps. Key Responsibilities ndash; Network Service Administrator Manage incident and request queues, directing tasks appropriately. Handle certificate management, ensuring timely renewal. Maintain asset records to avoid expiration issues. Monitor firmware patching compliance. Administer the Egress OS File transfer solution. Qualifications Requirements ndash; Network Service Administrator Security Clearance to SC level (BPSS to start) Ability to travel within the UK and Europe if required. ITIL experience Positive attitude, capable of working under pressure. Excellent organisational skills Team player with motivation to inspire others. Proficiency in ITSM tools and service reporting Defence or public sector experience.
