Building repairs administrator

A 3 months+ opportunity for a Building Repairs Administrator has arisen with our client in Lancing, Sussex. Pay rate of GBP11,59 per hour PAYE or GBP12,98 per hour Umbrella. We are looking for an enthusiastic competent and well organised person to join our busy team within the Building Surveying section. Working within a busy team environment, with an emphasis on accuracy and working to strict deadlines requiring a logical and calm approach, the role will involve providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the accurate and efficient handling of orders and invoices, dealing with phone calls and emails whilst ensuring the best service is provided to our customers and stakeholders. Skills and Experience: Experience of working in a building repairs environment.. Good numeric skills for raising purchase orders, checking and paying invoices. Experience of using MS Office or Google Suite documents and demonstrate ability to adapt to a variety of other IT software packages. Ability to stay focused when faced with interruptions and re-prioritising of workload. Calm and well balanced when problem solving.Hours of work are 9am till 5pm, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
