The Role: Production Operative Salary: Starting GBP26,000.00 (With each station deemed competent, ability to raise GBP500 on salary, max of 5 stations) Shifts: (Apply online only) and (Apply online only) ( Need to be able to do both) We are currently looking for motivated production operatives to join our established Client in the Colchester area This position will play a key role in assisting with the development of the business to ensure all signage manufacturing is completed on time About You Key Skills required Self-motivated and driven Positive lsquo;Can do rsquo; attitude with a client focused commercial approach. Working knowledge of the signage industry is preferred but not essential ndash; Post mounted signage, Totems, Flex faces, built up letters, Fascia rsquo;s, Vinyl application, digitally printed graphics, Internal graphics. Key Responsibilities Duties To ensure all signage manufacturing is completed on time and to an exceptional quality standard Producing all types of signage (post mounted, aluminium composite hoardings, fascia rsquo;s and vinyl application) Follow all company procedures to produce signage and graphics Take responsibility for your own and others rsquo; health and safety when working Provide efficient interaction with Clients and Client Services teams Be flexible with start and finish times to enable the company to deliver jobs effectively working in a structured shift pattern Work as part of a team and on own initiative
