Hours of work: Monday ndash; Thursday: 08:30 ndash; 17:00 (45 minutes lunch) Friday: 08:30 ndash; 16:00 (1 hour lunch) Hybrid working is available after successfully completing your probationary period This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate of a marketing or business degree program, or for candidates with one year of marketing experience without a degree. Key responsibilities of the Marketing Assistant: * Managing inbound marketing enquiries from colleagues and customers * Providing administration support to the Product Manager * Checking CAD software catalogue access requests * Undertaking website, dealer location and media centre updates * Assisting with the production of marketing material * Managing the customer choice sheet production * Supporting retailers with their Point-of-Sale instore systems To fulfil the role of Marketing Assistant role you must: * Have knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook * Have excellent attention to detail and strong organisation skills * Have the ability to think creatively and the confidence to use your initiative * Be self-disciplined and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Additional Information: * Flexible working hours after 3 months service * Hybrid working available ndash; flexibility is required * 30 days holiday per year including statutory days increasing to 33 days after 6 years continuous employment with one extra day for each year of service * Contributory Pension after 3 months * Staff discount on furniture * On-site canteen area and kitchen facilities * Free parking Company info: Our client is a privately owned manufacturer of fitted kitchen, bedroom and bathroom furniture; the organisation has been in operation for over 50 years and has experienced growth year on year, they operate nationally and have around 50% share of the private housing market and currently supply one in every three kitchens to the social housing market.
