Sales Administrator Job in Ringwood Dovetail Recruitment are pleased to be working with a global business who are looking for a new Sales Administrator to join them. They are a fantastically creative company, and they have a rare opportunity to recruit a new Sales Administrator to join their busy team. As the Sales Administrator, you will be providing support and help to the sales team to ensure all projects are running smoothly and on time. It will be a varied and interesting role where you can learn all about the business. Duties Responsibilities: * Organising samples to send out to clients * Helping manage incoming samples of food and packaging * Assist the sales team with general administration and any paperwork that needs doing * Help prepare for trade shows by pulling samples together, co-ordinating requirements with the warehouse team, liaising with logistics companies, and with trade show organisers * Handling small customer enquiries including day to day email correspondence and order processing. * Any other tasks the sales team require help with day to day such as responding to general enquiries, and maintaining company records Minimum Skills and Experience: * Experience within an office-based administration role * Highly organised * Excellent attention to detail * Great communication skills Salary Benefits: * A salary of GBP25,000 - GBP27,000 per annum * Monday ndash; Friday 9am ndash; 5pm * Private Health (currently with AXA PPP) with additional optical and dental benefits, doctor at hand (remote doctor appointments), full mental health and full MHD (medical history disregarded).
