Commercial Gas Engineer Permanent Full Time Salary up to GBP50,500 Plus Vehicle, Travel Paid Door to Door and Excellent Package Cambridge We are working with a highly reputable and well known facilities management contractor who provide all round building maintenance to services to clients throughout the UK. Due to continued expansion we are currently looking to recruit a mobile engineer to join the teams Role: * Working for one of our household name clients, you rsquo;ll be a key member of the gas maintenance team responsible for delivering planned and preventative gas maintenance, fault finding and repair, as well as ensuring high levels of Health Safety compliance at all times. * Tasks will be allocated for you to complete within the set service level agreements, ensuring all work orders are opened and closed in real time. If the job needs technical or specialist help, we rsquo;ll call them in - you rsquo;re not expected to be an expert, but we rely on you to let us know it this is needed. * As you will be representing the business, it is essential you make a good impression and comply with the dress code and maintain your Company vehicle in good condition. * You rsquo;ll enjoy working autonomously in a pressurised environment and be able to prioritise a complex and demanding workload. You rsquo;ll have excellent written and verbal communications skills, enabling you to communicate all operational issues within your region. You rsquo;ll be customer service driven and enjoy working within a people focused environment. * As a skilled Gas Engineer you rsquo;ll have experience gained within a Facilities Management or Construction environment, with a proven track record of working on High Profile commercial contracts, ideally within retail/supermarkets. You will also have an appreciation of refrigeration systems, as well as an understanding and knowledge of commercial M E service technologies. Person: * You must hold commercial gas qualifications * You will have experience carrying out ppm and reactive maintenance works * Ideally have some hvac experience * You will live in the cambridge/peterborough and happy to travel throughout the region * Excellent communication skills * You must hold a full uk driving licence Package: * Salary up to GBP50,500 * Monday - Friday - 45 hours per week * Vehicle and travel paid door to door * Callout 1 in 4 * Overtime available * 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays * Pension * Life assurance * Health cash plan * Discounts * Bonus up to 4% * Genuine career progression and access to state of the art training academy
