You will be joining a leading and successful high profile presence and are proud of their innovative project wins and highly driven team. It is imperative that you have worked within building services. This role will be more coordinating the design process and you will not be managing a team. Mechanical Building Services Design Manager responsibilities: Advise on technical questions for tender proposals also take a lead on Bids as and when required Value engineering Resolving technical queries Attending meetings / interviews / presentations Monitoring/ reporting on design Coordinating mechanical design This is an exciting opportunity to lead from the front and work in a driven team to achieve results.
