We are now looking for talented Bench General Manager rsquo;s to join Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Premium Casual Restaurant Brands. Due to our ongoing success and growth of our Premium Casual Restaurants, including Bread Street Kitchen, we are now looking for talented Bench General Manager rsquo;s to join us and be a part of our continued success. This will be Bench General Manager role. The successful candidate will be placed into one of our Premium Casual Restaurants to be immersed in all things GRR. They will be fully trained in our ways of working, various systems and our world class service and hospitality standards to be ready to take on new exciting challenges as we continue to grow as a best-in-class global restaurant business. What you do as a General Manager: * Key figure within the restaurant and overall running of the team and operation * Maintain responsibility for leading, inspiring, and motivating the restaurant team to achieve stability, productivity, and loyalty * Ensure Managers and their teams are supported via coaching and training * Maintain responsibility for the overall strategic planning, development, and success of the restaurant * Build and maintain effective relationships across the business, acting as a figurehead for the restaurant and driving improved productivity, turnover, and profitability * Identify business opportunities which provide greatest return on investment aligned with company strategy * Mange relevant reporting and analysis of the restaurant to ensure cost-effective goals are being met and surpassed The General Manager must have: * A passion for hospitality, food and beverage and exceptional guest service * The motivation and leadership skill to represent Gordon Ramsay Restaurants and its world class hospitality standards * Previous experience as a General Manager within a premium high-volume quality restaurant, either independent or part of a 5 star hotel and comprehensive knowledge of hospitality restaurant operations. * A keen eye for detail to ensure delivery of the standards and the highest levels of guest satisfaction at all times * A proven track record of recruiting, developing, motivating and retaining a high performing hospitality team * Good commercial acumen with previous P L responsibility * A strong personality, with confidence and enthusiasm to lead the team in the day to day running of the restaurant * Exceptional communication skills ndash; verbal and written ndash; to ensure clear communication with all stakeholders * Ability to multi task and effectively manage relationships at all levels Key Accountabilities: * Being the key leader of the restaurant, effectively managing the team and driving revenue and standards * Responsibility for leading, inspiring and motivating the restaurant team to achieve loyalty and retention * Responsible for the overall planning, business development and success of the restaurant alongside the Head Chef * To deliver the concept and values of Gordon Ramsay Restaurants * Establish the restaurant as a destination dining experience through exceptional service and guest loyalty * Ensuring service standards throughout the entire guest journey exceed expectations and are in keeping with the concept of the restaurant What rsquo;s in it for you: * Competitive Pay Rate * Wage stream employer-Employees can access up to 50% of wages before payday * Access to our world-class training development opportunities globally * Work with and learn from extraordinary culinary and front-of house talent in a diverse, energizing and professional restaurant environment * A fantastic 50% discount on food and drink in select UK restaurants * 50% discount on Gordon Ramsay Academy classes courses for you and Friends Family * Meals on duty If you rsquo;d like to develop your career in a best-in-class global restaurant business - apply today!
