Are you looking for permanent work in the Northwest? TS Recruitment are actively working with a Dry Lining Contractor based in Manchester who are looking to recruit a Site Manager. Benefits bull; Basic salary circa GBP45,000 - GBP48,000 per annum bull; Permanent Northwest work bull; 25 days holiday plus bank holidays bull; 3% employer and 5% employee pension contributions Job Role Responsibilities: bull; Oversee drywall and ceiling packages on commercial and high-rise residential schemes. bull; Manage direct labour and sub-contractors offering technical advice when needed. bull; Oversee quality control and upload all relevant information. bull; Reporting into a Contracts Manager regularly update on site progress. bull; Ensure projects are complete within timescales and budget. bull; Attend Site Management meetings and update main contractors. bull; Order materials for site and be commercially aware. bull; Carry out toolbox talks and ensure health and safety processes are followed Company Details bull; Project values from GBP100k to GBP1 million bull; Specialist drywall and ceilings contractor bull; Repeat business from recognised main contractors bull; Work on commercial and residential projects.
