We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistants to join Aspire People to work in schools in Lichfield, working in on a 1:1 basis with a pupil with SEN. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be working alongside the class teacher and other TA #39;s supporting pupils with everyday school life, however, there will be times that you will need to be supporting children on a one to one and small groups bases independently. You will be a source of support for pupils and will ensure they are motivated, happy, and engaged. Responsibilities: * Provide individualized support and assistance to a specific student in Year 4. * Collaborate with the classroom teacher to plan and deliver tailored lessons and activities to meet the student #39;s unique needs. * Support the student #39;s academic, social, and emotional development, promoting their self-confidence and independence. * Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where the student can thrive. * Adapt teaching strategies and resources to accommodate the student #39;s learning style and abilities. * Assist with the assessment of the student #39;s progress and provide feedback to the classroom teacher and parents. * Foster positive relationships with the student and establish clear communication channels with the school and parents. * Uphold the school #39;s values, policies, and procedures.
