Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices. Qualifications Proven experience in recruitment, specifically within the industrial sector. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and building successful client relationships. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Hold a valid UK driver #39;s license.
