With a dynamic and friendly environment, this company has a history of developing and nurturing construction candidates into fantastic professionals. About the role: My client is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Project Manager. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of project delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards. Key responsibilities include: * Managing day-to-day progress of sites, including staff and labour levels review. * Reporting project status to the Contracts Director on a monthly basis. * Leading proposals and tenders with support from directors and team members. * Pre-construction programming, planning, and evaluation of design information. * Establishing delivery strategies encompassing method, sequence, logistics, and program. * Producing comprehensive tender clarifications and project method statements. * Developing and issuing project plans prior to site commencement. * Procurement and appointment of subcontractors in collaboration with the QS and project team. * Managing CDM requirements as Principal Contractor and overseeing health and safety plans. * Hands-on management of trade contractors, ensuring adherence to health and safety, progress, and quality standards. * Proactive liaison with design teams for construction information and problem-solving. * Ensuring compliance with quality control procedures and maintaining appropriate records. * Managing site setup, logistics, security, and welfare. * Overseeing successful project closeout, including O M manuals, snagging, testing, and certification. Inputting to post-construction activities such as final accounts, defects management, and project closeout. Rewards Benefits: My client is offering a salary of GBP55k - GBP65k depending on experience. Requirements: * 3-5 years experience in the office design and build industry as a Project Manager * strong leadership abilities, * excellent communication skills * proven track record in project management within the construction industry
