This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT support engineer with knowledge and a passion for networking to move into a connectivity and network specific role. The role: Be the first point of contact for client network issues. Working on first time fixes and escalating issue to senior engineers when required Meeting SLA #39;a Testing and troubleshooting Configuration and change requests for multi vendor routing and switch devicesThe candidate: Excellent communicator Experienced working in IT/Networking roles Ideally has worked in a ticked service desk environment Knowldgable in networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) Knowledgeable in WAN/LANThis is an excellent opportunity to develop as a network engineer in a network focussed environment where you will be nurtured and put through certifications along the way!!
