The role is a job-share opportunity working three days per week between 8.30am to 4.00pm. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Excellence: Oversee and manage daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the school. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, staff, and students, facilitating effective communication and collaboration. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, attendance, and other administrative documents. Event Coordination: Coordinate and support school events, meetings, and activities, promoting a sense of community within the school. Resource Management: Manage school resources efficiently, including budget oversight, supplies, and facilities. Compliance: Ensure adherence to educational regulations and policies, staying informed about changes and updates in the education sector.Qualifications: Bachelor #39;s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in school administration or a similar role. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
