You will have SWS engineering experience, alongside strong communication, teamwork and organisational skills. Experience of maritime or weapon system analytics would be highly benficial. We provide our staff with specialist training supplied in-house and through our international defence partnerships. How you rsquo;ll support us * Join a well-established team of subject matter experts. * Provide specialist insight on the design, operation and/or maintenance of the SWS. * Analyse weapon system performance, communicating outputs to various stakeholders. * Innovate and develop techniques to identify SWS equipment failures. * Determine system reliability and performance trends through studies and projects. The invaluable experience you rsquo;ll bring, to help us achieve more * Minimum 5 years rsquo; experience of SWS engineering (design, operations or maintenance). * Experience of working with data, in an established team environment, to understand how it can help an organisation make better decisions. * A natural curiosity, methodical and prodigious at solving problems with high-quality solutions. * High standards of written, verbal and presentational communication skills. * Confident working individually or leading a small team on an analysis task. * Willingness to travel within UK and to US.
