As a result, they gain good self-confidence, learn to care for others and behave extremely well rsquo;. You will be supporting a Year 2 class. Responsibilities will include in-class support, group work and interventions. A willingness to learn and a desire to be part of an effective team is essential. The school are looking for candidates who are willing to commit to a long-term position to ensure consistency for the children. The role is to start straight away and to continue provisionally until the end of the academic year. This is a long-term position in a thriving little school. We are looking for a passionate and committed Teaching Assistant for an immediate start and to continue until the end of the academic year. This role has the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate. Required Skills and Experience for this SEN Teaching Assistant role: Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent Previous experience in a UK Primary School Committed to long term role Knowledge of the KS1 curriculum The benefits of an SEN Teaching Assistant working for Flourish Education: Up to GBP95 per day which equates to GBP18,525 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year.
