Travel sales team manager

Role of Travel Sales Team Manager: * Managing the daily efficient running of the Travel Sales Team. * Answer calls and make reservations to ensure that service levels are maintained at all times. * Setting and communicating team performance targets and ensure that targets for sales customer service delivery are met. * Resolving any issues and customer queries quickly and effectively * Reviewing the performance of staff and identifying training needs via one to one rsquo;s, call monitoring and report analysis. * Ensure team complete all mandatory training and that they are trained on all products, preferred airlines and systems. * Coaching, motivating and on going development of staff. * Assisting with the recruitment of new team members.
