JOB TITLE: Private Client Solicitor PQE REQUIRED: NQ+ LOCATION: Norfolk SALARY: GBP Market Rate THE ROLE: A new role has arisen for a Private Client Lawyer to join a growing and progressive firm in the Norfolk region and receive ample support to develop your career within private client law. This role would suit a Private Client Solicitor or Private Client Legal Executive who is looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to work closely with the Director on a variety of private client matters. As the appointed Private Client Lawyer you can expect your caseload to be varied and to include drafting Wills, advising on Probate, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection and Trusts work. THE CANDIDATE: Suitable Private Client Lawyers will have a strong track record in dealing with a varied caseload of private client matters together with a real passion for this area of law. Applications are welcomed from Newly Qualified Solicitors who have completed at least one seat within private client and are looking for a firm where their career can flourish. You will be actively keen to take part in promoting the department through business development, client relationships, networking and marketing. You will also have a flexible and attentive approach to your work, providing clients with up to date, professional and relevant advice, representing them with the highest proficiency and specialised skill:set in this area of law.
