As an IT Support Technician, you ll be working on first and second line support, such as Being the first port of call for our employees for any tech issues. Remote management of devices, user accounts and access. Supporting onboarding of new employees by ensuring the correct tech set up. Logging activities on a service desk system. Managing hardware stock including rebuilds and control of the asset database, vendor relationships and digital signage. Supporting major incident process. Perform regular scheduled checks and ensure backups complete successfully. We d love to hear from you, if you have... At least 1 year experience in a similar role, providing first line tech support for Windows and Office 365/Microsoft. Experience with ITIL based ticketing system and ITSM. Work within preset scripts with runbooks. Exceptional problem solving and customer service skills. Active Directory Administrator. Microsoft Technology certification is highly desirable Tech savvy What s in it for you?
