Graduate it support analyst

You will be working closely with the IT manager to support with the delivery and development of information and communication services. This will also include liaising with 3rd party providers as well as internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring the security and availability of business systems, assisting the IT Manager and Finance Director in implementing approved solutions or improvements, and coordinating system testing and development throughout the entire cycle. Your main roles will include: Manage the IT support desk. Assist with ensuring appropriate network security procedures. Aid with providing secure remote access to key systems. Help manage the support of setup of hardware and software. Assist with improvement or upgrade projects as required. Provide system and security training. Manage the database, including updating and interfacing to other systems.
