Maintaining only the highest levels of dedication, technical know-how and confidentiality, you will provide critical support at the C-level and maintain the smooth daily operation of the executive management team. You will be assigned various tickets throughout the day, addressing each one sympathetically, pragmatically and principally, with a strong sense of customer service – leaving each ticket not only resolved, but with a smile on the VIP’s face – a job well done.
