Do you have experience delivering up to 2nd Line IT Support, with exposure across Windows/MacOS? If so, our client, a leading MSP based in Wales, is looking to add an additional team member, who can cover some of their clients in the London area. You would be expected to work one day per week in Stratford, visiting client sites and delivering hands-on IT Support. Some of the responsibilities would include: Carrying out on site installation and support of new endpoints (Windows, MacOS and mobile) Carrying out one site installation and support of common networking equipment, e.g. switches, routers, WAPs. Ensuring that Incidents and Service Requests are resolved within SLA commitments for clients with a high level of customer service This is an initial 4 week contract, but there is scope to extend this for the right candidate.
