Konker is currently recruiting for an Architect to join a RIBA practice based in rural Somerset/Exmoor. Due to a variety of new projects coming into the practice, they are seeking an Architect who is confident working across all RIBA Stages to join them. This practice of 6 has recently become employee-owned, giving you extra benefits as an employee within the business, including a tax-free bonus, subject to profit/personal performance. They work on a wide variety of projects across Devon Somerset including barn conversions, bespoke new builds, listed historic buildings plus much more. The Position: Architect Working across all RIBA Stages Using Vectorworks (Training Given) Liaising with clients and different stakeholders Project Management Contract Administration Helping other colleagues in the office Salary for this position is between GBP35,000-GBP45,000 depending on previous experience.
