Manage incoming calls, taking accurate messages and transferring calls to the appropriate individuals. Maintain a clean and organised reception area, including managing visitor sign-in processes. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Provide administrative support. Assist with other internal counterparts, including Global Executives and Executive Assistants. Manage office supplies and inventory for the front desk.
