What we can offer you; Access to our company pension scheme Discounts on everything from groceries to well known retailers Access to a range of resources to support your physical, mental and financial health; so you can lean on us whenever you need to 24 hour access to a virtual GP, 365 days a year, for you and family members in your household One paid days leave every year to volunteer and support your community Ongoing training and development opportunities, allowing you to reach your full potential What you #39;ll be doing; Production and detailed analysis of monthly management accounts Completion of balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis Preparation of forecasts and budgets in conjunction with Operations Analysis of capex and preparation of business cases Regular site visits and interaction with operations to ensure accurate financial reporting and support to business development is achieved Provide support to annual audit process Business partner to Contract Managers, advising on financial aspects to improve efficiency and performance Ensure all contracts within the remit are complying with Group financial policies and procedures Overseeing the performance of general finance duties e.g. invoicing, monitoring systems, and accounting Interaction with key sales staff to analyse commercial tenders in terms of profitability What we #39;re looking for; Fully qualified ACCA, ACA or CIMA Accountant Experience gained in a commercial or professional environment, including use of financial systems e.g. SAP, SAGE, Workday. Multi-site account management and Business Partnering. Excellent spreadsheet skills Good organisation and ability to work to tight deadlines Strong presentation and communication Accuracy and attention to detail Financial problem solving and analysis Broad system skills - working knowledge of Workday/SAP ideal Self-motivated Operationally astute What #39;s next?
