Responsibilities: * Cultivate meaningful relationships with our Service Users, assisting them with daily activities and empowering their choices. * Take on the role of Key Worker for designated Service Users, ensuring their unique needs are met with care and attention. * Contribute to meal preparation, adhering to menus and recipes that promote health and well-being. * Handle telephone inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. * Stay sharp and confident through regular training sessions. * Uphold our core values, promoting Dignity in Care and maintaining a zero-tolerance policy towards abuse. * Provide personalized care that respects individual autonomy and privacy. * Foster an environment of support, communication, and effective complaint resolution. * Collaborate with family members and carers as essential partners in our care approach. * Actively combat loneliness and isolation among our Service Users. Requirements: * Bring a positive attitude, passion, and a readiness to grow within your role. * Prioritize the needs of Service Users with empathy and compassion. * Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, reliability, accountability, and punctuality. * Be flexible to work as part of a team, covering various shifts and unsocial hours to ensure 24-hour care and support. * Ideally possess a QCF (NVQ) in Social Care, Level 2 or above. However, apprentices with the right qualities are also encouraged to apply.
