Desktop Support Engineer Salary: GBP28,000 + company benefits Location: Bristol Duties and responsibilities: 1st line resolution of user reported issues Troubleshooting Windows operating system, and application issues Configure and deploy laptop and Apple Mobile devices Basic MDM administration of Apple Devices Supporting deployment and update of software Troubleshoot hardware and software faults Install and configure new end user devices to company standards Good customer facing skills and ability to prioritise your workload are also key aspects of the role.
