Events marketing assistant

Events Marketing Assistant Siamo Recruitment are currently looking for a full-time Events Marketing Assistant on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with potential to become permanent, located in the County of Shropshire. This new opportunity requires an individual with a previous background in planning and attending events such as conferences and exhibitions. The successful candidate will be working as part of a dedicated Marketing team, coordinating and setting-up events across multiple locations. Salary: Up to GBP27,000 per annum (depending on Events experience) The Role: - Planning and attending a wide variety of company events - Contacting suppliers and sourcing locations - Marketing and promotion of events via client contact and social media - Setting up stands and displaying promotional material at events - Supporting events such as expos, shows, seminars, careers fairs, and networking events - Working as part of a dedicated Marketing team The Ideal Candidate: - Experience in a similar role planning and attending events - Excellent administration, communication, and organisational skills - Ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders - Creative and problem-solving mindset Details and Benefits: - Full-time, Monday to Friday - 12-month fixed-term contract with potential to become permanent - Hybrid-working following initial training period - Healthcare benefits package If you meet the requirements for this role and would like to be considered, please contact Scott on (phone number removed) or apply below now
