Benefits: middot; 24 days holiday Plus 8 days Bank Holidays middot; Life Insurance middot; Healthcare Cash Plan middot; Company Pension 6% middot; Free Use Local Gym middot; Sports and Social Club middot; On-site parking middot; Canteen Facilities middot; Company Events CNC Setter Operator Responsibilities: middot; Setting/operating and manufacturing a variety of small-batch components from engineering drawings to within tight limits middot; Manufacturing all components within the agreed timescales middot; Setting a variety of CNC machine tools for operators as and when required middot; Using a wide range of measuring equipment to check small-batch components after manufacture middot; Mentoring new staff as required middot; Maintaining the agreed quality rating at all times middot; Making sure that manufactured product is suitably protected for transit middot; Working in the order of the manufacturing plan at all times middot; Making sure that all manufacturing paper work is filled out correctly middot; Carrying out all tasks allocated by the Team Leader in a timely and efficient manner middot; Ensuring that a high standard of housekeeping is maintained at all times middot; Support team members with other tasks as and when required middot; Help create and maintain a safe working environment and observe the published Health Safety procedures middot; Carry out any other tasks where reasonable and relevant, when required CNC Setter Operator Skills: middot; Extensive CNC Milling experience middot; Ability to read engineering drawings, set CNC Milling machines and use measuring equipment middot; Works using Metric and Imperial middot; Computer literate and methodical middot; Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment middot; Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines middot; Experience in Aerospace Industry (Desirable) middot; Mazak CNC Machining Centre experience (Desirable) middot; Ability to edit programs (Desirable) CNC Setter Operator Personal Attributes: middot; Team Player middot; Strong Work lsquo;Can-do Ethic rsquo; middot; Exceptional at building relationships middot; Excellent Customer Service skills middot; Strong attention to detail and time management middot; Exceptional Planning and Organisation skills middot; High awareness of Productivity and Quality middot; Excellent Communication skills middot; Flexibility middot; Takes Responsibility for actions middot; Learn, Apply and Improve If you #39;re interested in this CNC Setter Operator position, please apply today!
