Executive operations assistant

Are you an experience PA / Executive Assistant with strong administration and organisational skills? Our super client with offices based in Huntingdon is seeking an Executive / Operations Assistant to join them on a full time permanent basis working Monday to Friday 8am-5pm. As Executive / Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for:- * Diary management for a company Director * Arranging meetings, taking minutes at meetings. * Travel arrangements * Setting up project files, the production of project paperwork, producing reports and correspondence. * Raising subcontract and purchase orders, managing site utility bills * Processing monthly worksheets and costings, gaining supplier quotations * Maintaining company systems and looking after all related office administration required for your role. To be considered for the role of Executive / Operations Assistant, you will have worked in a similar varied role where you have supported a Director or management team with PA and administrative support duties. In return, our client is offering a starting salary of up to GBP30,000, pension, on-site parking, 28 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays, discounted products and services.
