Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise all aspects of the care home #39;s operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Recruit, train, and mentor a team of care staff, promoting a positive and supportive work culture. Develop and implement care plans, assessing residents #39; needs and monitoring their progress. Maintain effective communication with residents, their families, and relevant healthcare professionals. Oversee budgetary and financial matters, ensuring efficient use of resources. Continuously strive to improve the quality of care and residents #39; experiences. Requirements: Valid nursing qualification (RGN/RMN) and active NMC registration. Proven experience as a Home Manager within a care home setting. A thorough understanding of relevant care regulations and CQC standards. Exceptional leadership and management skills with a passion for delivering outstanding care. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering positive relationships with residents and their families. Ability to adapt to changing situations and resolve challenges effectively.
