Ground maintenance operative

Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Operative Location: Deeside Schedule: Monday to Friday, Flexible Working Hours Are you passionate about maintaining outdoor spaces to the highest standards? We are currently seeking a dedicated Grounds Maintenance Operative. As a key member of the grounds maintenance crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our outdoor areas are pristine and well-maintained for clients and visitors. Responsibilities: Perform general grounds maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, and planting. Operate and maintain a variety of landscaping equipment and tools. Ensure all outdoor areas are clean, safe, and visually appealing. Assist with landscaping projects as needed. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and prioritize work. Requirements: Previous experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping preferred. Must hold a valid PA1 and PA6 certificate. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
