Conveyancing executive

We are currently assisting our legal client recruit for a highly professional Conveyancing Executive on a full time and permanent basis. The successful candidate will provide first class legal services, advice and assistance on residential files. Daily Responsibilities: * To manage an agreed caseload of clients, providing appropriate advice and assistance in accordance with professional standards and internal quality requirements * Manage own caseload of residential freehold and leasehold files * To process cases on a timely and cost-effective basis * To develop and maintain good client and commercial contact relationships and enhance the firm #39;s client base by effective liaison with existing clients, agents and introducers * To achieve all individual business, financial and completion targets * To use the correct procedures and systems in order to manage cases effectively and in accordance with the firm #39;s standards and legal requirements Essential Requirements: * Relevant degree or equivalent qualification(s) * Minimum 2 years rsquo; experience managing own caseload of freehold and leasehold files * Proven experience with the sale of apartments * Working knowledge of case management systems * Self-motivated and willing to take responsibility for organising own activities to ensure that all targets and quality standards are met * Good time management adopting a flexible approach to work * Delivers work output to the required standard * Pays attention to detail and quality of work * Ability to build and maintain working relationships with others * Excellent communication skills ndash; across all levels
