However, your role as IT Technician isn #39;t confined to the office mdash;there are opportunities to travel to the UK and worldwide. Now for the bullet points of what they need from you: * You will have been an IT Support technician/IT helpdesk for a minimum of 2 years, you understand a ticketing system, how it works and how you prioritise. * Experience of managing user accounts through Microsoft Office 365 ndash; Onsite and Azure Active Directory, you know your way around the Microsoft 365 Products! * Knowledge in maintaining networks, optimising performance, and understanding key network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN. Experience with Hyper-V or other virtualization platforms will set you apart, as we #39;re investing in expanding our capabilities in this area.
