Elevation Recruitment HR are excited to be working on a fantastic role for a Leeds-based Charity as they search for a HR Advisor to join their HR Team on a full time, permanent basis. Reporting into the HR Manager, this role plays a crucial part in supporting the HR function and will act as the first line of enquiry for all employee relations issues and the employee lifecycle including: Advising and coaching managers on employment law for all ER cases Drafting policies and procedures adhering to legislation Managing a varied employee relations caseload circa 10 cases Leading on recruitment and selection for the organisation Develop and deliver relevant training Supporting HR projects if required Liaise with internal stakeholders to build effective relationships Benefits include: Hybrid Working - Work from home up to 2 days Per Week Free Onsite Car Parking Annual Leave Purchasing Scheme 27 Days Annual Leave Blue Light Card Discount Career Progression - CIPD Our client is looking for a HR professional who is confident advising on employment law and keen to work as part of a team.
