Contracts manager

Are you a seasoned Contracts Manager looking for a fresh challenge? We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Contracts Manager to join our client #39;s team. As a key member of our client #39;s organization, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of contract management and administration to ensure the successful execution of our projects. Our client is a GBP1Bn+ turnover business, renowned for it #39;s family feel and progression opportunities. They operate across the UK and work in a variety of sectors. Our client primarily operates across the commercial, education and health-care sectors. Out and out residential contracts managers will not be considered unfortunately. Key Responsibilities: * Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from initial negotiation to final closeout, ensuring all contractual obligations are met * Analyse contract terms and conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities, providing strategic recommendations to mitigate risks * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and negotiate contract terms that align with business objectives and comply with legal requirements * Monitor contract performance and address any issues or disputes promptly to maintain strong vendor relationships * Provide guidance and support to project teams on contract-related matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Qualifications: * Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management in a tier 1/2 environment * In-depth knowledge of construction and contract law, legal terminology, and industry best practices * Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with a proven track record of successful contract negotiations * Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite To take the next step in your career as a Contracts Manager with us, please submit your CV highlighting your relevant experience and qualifications.
