Specialising in design-centric, high-end multi-unit residential apartments in prime London locations, their projects range from 9-unit schemes to larger 80-unit complexes. With meticulous planning and execution, they prioritise superior finishes and products, resulting in refined aesthetics. They handle projects from initial concept to delivery, preferring all-rounders, although this requirement is for someone who has exceptional talent at the front end. Currently, they #39;re undertaking a new build project in West Central London, comprising 30 high-end apartments with ground floor retail/commercial spaces, which once completed envisage will be priced between GBP2 million and GBP8 million. The ideal candidate is a creative architect experienced in navigating complex London planning processes. While there #39;s team support, they seek a hands-on individual willing to be proactive rather than solely delegating. While the position could suit an associate in terms of experience, they emphasise the need for someone passionate about architectural involvement across all stages. The salary band mentioned above is to ensure getting the right individual that connects on both a skill-set and cultural perspective.
