The Role: As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you #39;ll assist clients in finding their perfect home while adeptly overseeing the letting process. Responsibilities: Foster strong relationships with landlords and tenants, addressing needs promptly. Conduct property viewings, providing detailed information to potential tenants. Negotiate rental agreements to ensure mutual benefit for landlords and tenants. Oversee all essential paperwork, ensuring adherence to legal standards. Keep abreast of local property market dynamics and competitors. Support market evaluations, lettings, and administrative tasks as needed. Requirements: Previously worked for at least 2 years as a Lettings negotiator or in a similar role. Familiarity with the local property market. Exceptional negotiation abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Skilled in real estate databases and computer software. Valid UK driving licence and access to own car.
