Maintain meticulous records of account information and key decision makers. Collaborate with IFAs to develop business strategies and identify new opportunities. Develop and execute business plans targeting desired clients. Identify new opportunities and initiatives for growth with distributors. Apply your market knowledge and technical skills to drive business development. Ensure our products, communications, and services are tailored to meet customer needs. Stay updated on market developments and ensure compliance with regulations Foster a team environment that encourages idea sharing and best practices.What are we Looking For?? A natural ability to engage clients and present propositions clearly. Commercial acumen with a strong grasp of business requirements. A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals. Sharp analytical skills and a self-motivated, tenacious attitude. Creativity and resourcefulness to overcome challenges and find a way to do business.
