They strive to ensure that all of their sutends are given the same opportunities This role will require you to have had previous expereince working with SEN puupils in a school setting. Responsibilities: * Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN, assisting them in accessing the curriculum and achieving their learning goals. * Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student #39;s needs. * Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed. * Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents/guardians as needed. Requirements: * Previous experience working with children with SEN preferred. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children. * Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. * Relevant qualifications or willingness to undergo training as required.
