Hard services manager

Hard Services Manager GBP55,000 + Package Cardiff I am currently supporting a Global FM provider to provide them a Hard Services Manager on a large shopping centre estate based in South Wales. This role will entail looking after a strong team of engineers and developing them in line with the FM providers progression potentials. This role will allow you to intergrate a number of skills including technical competency, management and client relationship building. This is 100% a role for somebody looking for job security and progression. The role: * Management of supervisors and overseeing of engineering workforce delivering hard M E services, Compliance and OF delivery. Supporting with the management and delivery of Extra Works and M E/Fabric Projects. * Leadership and driving all development of all direct reports, helping the current team with progression. * Conducting 1-2-1 meetings and any disciplinary or client meetings that are needed * Management of the Supply Chain negotiating best value and procuring in line with stretch targets whilst driving standards ensuring Avetta and Construction Line compliance. Holding annual Plan Rights and regular performance reviews. * Preparation and presentation of MI reports to clients at regular KPI meetings. Key stakeholder management and delivery of high standards of client satisfaction. Develop relationships with Consultants working for our Client and our Clients Clients. * Ensure company policies are implemented and followed across the region. * To effectively mobilise new buildings in a changing property portfolio completing due diligence, risk registers and dilapidation reports. * Complete asset verification, conditioning, tagging, update register using new JLL format and regularly review and update as required * Review all PPM and Reactive Works to make sure issues don rsquo;t go unseen on the respected sites The Candidate: * Technically qualified in electrical/mechanical engineering ndash; Level 3/18th edition minimum * A previous of 4 years within a hard services background * To have ran a team of multi skilled engineers previously * To have had a experience within a corporate facility before or large estate * To be client facing ndash; a personable individual * Ability to provide substance in any ideas you provide for the team * To be able to manage client demands and expectations * NEBOSH qualified * Driven individual who is passionate about the work they do * A strong communicator across a large team
